Only one thing is sure, the tourist that arrive for the first time in this area always is surprised of the beauty of this coastline, from Trang till Kantang there are approximately 40 kms of qhite sand untached beaches, some offer you also the possibility to explore some caves (Yong Ling Beach), some very quit and perfect for swimming and relaxing. The best beach at my opinion in this case is Yao Beach, very close to Yao Pier. Few people know that Yao Beach is only the starting point to reach another beach, formerly called Secret Beach, by swimming for about 300 mt around the rocks of Yao Beach. Few beach in all southest asia have a so beautiful surrounding, with high tide the place become a lagoon whit 3 small islands in the middle and Koh Libong faraway. On the Mountain beside the beach three kind of monkeys live there. This beach is also the perfect habitat for eagles, snake and the rare black stork. From Yao Pier it's also possible to reach the Princess Cave, into the mangrove forest by kayak or long tail. The Cave really consist of different caves on three up level not so easily to be reached. Only for lovers of adventure.
