Just 4 kilometers south of PakMeng Beach is the Headquarter of this Marine National Park, located in a very beautiful surrounding. The entrance fee to the park is 200 bath and there is a nice natural trail jumping on the wodden bridges and big rocks of the Park that end up on a twin bays connected each other by a thin sand strip. It's no hard to see monkeys jump off the trees looking for food. Be carefull because these monkeys can be dangerous sometimes.

From the beach it's possible to have a good panorama of the sea with all the islands, Koh Mook, Koh Kradan. Koh Ngai, Koh Mak, Koh Chuack, Koh Wen, Koh Libong and sometimes also the faraway Koh Rok and Koh Lao Lieng. Impressive place!!!

The south est area of Chao Mai National Park is an untouched Mangroove Forest just accross the Trang River. Some locals build wooden houses long the river and is very nice to visit the fisherman Village (Kuantungku Village) that is the starting pier to the islands.
